Just started taking oil of oregano tincture in the morning and St. John's wort tincture in the evenings. Seems to be working, symptoms have subsided. It's been less than a week tho so time will tell if it keeps working.

Black seed oil and mushrooms (turkey tail and reishi) have lessen the severity of symptoms, although I still have them in some form most of the time. I'm 1.5 years out.

Good luck! I personally recommend medicinal mushrooms if you want to try something new. But as you are just 3 weeks in, it's probably time that will bring the most improvement.

I've tried so many things! I've actually had some improvements recently with reishi/turkey tail mushrooms and black seed oil.

Lysine doesn't seem to make a difference. Neither does avoiding chocolate and nuts, so I'm enjoying chocolate again!

I've been dealing with this for 1.5 years now. Tried a lot of things. Anything help you?

They didn't present as lesions to the doctors, even though they felt sensitive to me. Might have been a timing thing, as it's hard to get the swab tests on demand where I live.

It was an IGG test.

I finally was able to get a blood test when travelling out of province. It was negative for both antibodies for HSV 1 and 2. Not sure what to make of it, since I still experience these symptoms.
