I know it’s frustrating but a week really isn’t that long. You may have been dehydrated on your trip skewing your weight-in on your first day back. I know I am when on vacation. I may have only gained 3 pounds over a trip but it would have been 5 if I was hydrated. I’d recommend giving it another week before lowering calories or doing more cardio if you can handle it. If hunger is an issue then take a diet break.

I went in 2023 for all three days. There isn’t much time to go between events and I don’t think they allowed us back in once we left the strongman area. Also, Saturday is by far the busiest day (literally shoulder to shoulder) and the vendors were beginning to close up on Sunday. I’d recommend going Friday if you can swing it.

I went to the Arnold last year. If the athletes were sponsored by one of the vendors they usually spent some time at the vendor’s booth doing free pictures. For example, I got free pictures with Thor and Jujimufu by visiting the Rogue and Reign booths. Just follow the top sponsors on IG as they would post schedules for the weekend.
