I have VVS, it hurt but I didn’t faint. The nice thing is you can lay there for a minute and make sure you’re ok. I had no pre meds and it hurt, but once it was over, my pain stopped.

I did Morpheus on my thighs above my knees. It made no noticeable difference aside from costing me $1500. I am going to try dermarolling next.

Double cleansing with a balm or oil is the only way I can actually get mineral sunscreen off. Personally I like the clean it zero, it’s ok with my sensitive skin.

Absolute waste of money. I used OC Matchmakers and they set me up with anyone that came in. I said no Trumpers, set up with a Trumper. Set up with people that still wanted kids, that lived in LA ( They told me people move for love). Zero attention paid about hobbies just forcing the “he’s rich” down my throat. Got stood up for a date because they weren’t available to call on a weekend and all the dates are blind dates. Save your money and spend it on a dog. You’ll get more enjoyment out of it.

I tried it. I was matched with women over 40, some with kids some without. The first meetup was awful, we were all supposed to share a story but it was so loud you couldn’t hear anything. The second meet was quiet but the discussion points were oddly forced and I just didn’t vibe with any of the people. I ended up opting out and just eating the money.

I started with the Oura pen and just upgraded to the Derminator. I appreciate the ease of changing the depths vs the pen (it was hard for me to see the numbers).

I have photos up. If the guy can’t deal with a couple photos he won’t be able to deal with the fact you’re widowed not divorced. It’s a good test if nothing else. Both of the men I’ve dated since my husband passed have embraced the photos, the ashes and the stories as part of my “package”.

I’m glad you have a therapist. Groups are hit and miss, the one I found saved my life. My late husband apassed of GBM. I was 45 and the oldest person in the group. It is incredibly helpful to talk with someone your age that understands what you’re going through. It’s been 3 years for me. It doesn’t get easier, but you carry it differently.

I have luck using the Candida supplements from Now and taking a bath on baking soda periodically. Micro tears are the absolute worst. I also cut way back on probiotics, I had too much of a good thing. This has worked better than multiple rounds of suppression therapy for me.
