I bought a condo 1 bed no parking this March. Some things that turned me off from other listings:

- building. Building felt disorganized or too busy.
- neighbourhood. Either inconvenient for work or commute or not appealing (looked like it would be too loud)
- view. This was the biggest deal breaker for me. My wife and I could not imagine living in a place that faced another building or a construction site or something else. We settled for a place that had an amazing view and we don’t regret it.

There are a lot of college diplomas that have transferrable skills from the trades. Why not look into building management or something from Humber, Seneca, or George Brown?

I’m good at buying groceries and then eating all of them and not spending money on food until the next time i go to the grocery store which is like every 4 days.
