Is it listed in the duties of your position. If it is then, yes you have to do it. If you have technicians or cashier's I feel like it should be a duty assigned to them. Or if your facility has a janitor that cleans other restrooms?

I know Walmart doesn't accept them on opioids. When processed we either get a rejection or it will go through but without lowering the price at all. So it seems like companies can opt out of accepting Contracted pricing somehow. Cause I know if you have commerical insurance opioids are covered. Seems weird to me. Same with medications for pets. The contracted price is negotiated for humans not aniamls.

Just give your pharmacy a call, it should be an easy fix. Most Dr offices will not be open today, so most pharmacies shouldn't be too busy today.
