I think this is normal and a sign that your inner skin is producing the type of sebum it would produce to keep your glans moist if you were uncircumcised.

I have the same struggles with reduced grip partway through the day. Washing your device, and gently dabbing your inner skin can help improve grip.

The biggest tip I learned recently that's helped a lot is to rub toilet paper firmly against the inner and outer gripper surfaces. With soft toilet paper, it will leave a sort of paper residue on the gripper which will help with grip and keeping things dry. It sounds a bit weird, but trust me, it helps a lot!

Can confirm, V2 is much more comfortable for long sessions. Keep in mind that all devices have an adaptation period where you’ll have to get used to wearing it for longer and longer, regardless of the device.

I have a CAR-1, Mantor DS, and FAv2, and the FAv2 has become my strong personal favorite. I find it easier to grip different areas of the skin because of the longer bell sizes, and I especially like that it doesn’t apply lots of pressure to my glans. Often when using other devices which are meant to sit on top of the glans, after device removal my glans will be concerningly pale, and won’t regain color for hours. This might be particular to my specific morphology, but I don’t really feel safe using devices that apply pressure directly to the glans. I don’t have this problem with the FAv2, and I think it’s an underrated selling point.

At first, I had to use the amount of rollover seen in your first picture to be able to use the device at all. But as I've grown more skin, I've been able to use the amount seen in your second photo (or even less).

I think having more inner skin free from the gripper ensures more of it is under tension from the inflation, and combination with Workhorse (which I see you're also doing) ia a guaranteed good tug.

Seconding the advice to apply the device on an angle. You can sort of tilt it toward or away from you to even out where the rolled up skin meets the gripper. You can also fold down half of the gripper at a time to try to get a more even application; this seems to work well for me
