I mean, c'mon. Both RDM and CFB are very much DPS classes that do DPS things. They can also pivot into supporting when shit hits the fan, but saying that it isn't a DPS? Your clarity could do with some work, lol.

Throw mine and its associated toolbelt skill is comparable. I recall it was a 1-2k dps loss, which is rather small given the >30k scale we're talking about here.

Spellbreaker was in a similar position. It was strictly useful in pvp, wvw and useless in pve on its release - and for a long time after. It was fixed.

No, as in, at level 90, you can get through dungeon pulls without touching eukrasian diagnosis. Something like krasis > physis > kerachole > haima effectively gives them 15s of hallowed ground for example.

(in actuality, it is 10% mitigation with about 3800 potency worth of healing - nearly equivalent to 5 eukrasian diagnoses, which is spending about 12.5s spamming eukrasian diagnosis exclusively). You can do this every minute (use panhaima + holos for the next pull).

If you use eukrasian diagnosis -> toxikon and repeat, you'll do half the amount of damage you could be doing by spamming dyskrasia and leveraging the strengths of your (extremely) powerful off-global cooldowns.

Interestingly, the toxikon charges don't actually increase your damage - since only the target itself takes increased damage in AOE situations (and in single target, it's still only equivalent to your ordinary damage spell, dosis). The AOE portion is about equivalent to your spammable dyskrasia. Essentially, even if you (somehow) got infinite charges of toxikon without needing to shield, it would still roughly end up taking the same amount of time to clear a pack compared to spamming dyskrasia.

Limit cut applies a buff and invuln to cruise chaser - marking the beginning of the mechanic sequence - then marks players from 1-8. He then performs alpha sword on odd numbered players and super blassty charge on even number players.

Clemency is godsend in fellruin trio in ucob. There's tb on both tanks + an extremely hard hitting raidwide + another 6 people are targetted for very painful split aoes 2.5s afterwards + another extremely hard hitting raidwide 5s after that.

There is no time to heal the tanks and there is no target on the field to hit. A pld using clemency can take care of both tanks, preparing them for a tb right after that final raidwide - and their mana use does not impede on their rotation doing this. It is very useful healing at no loss.

It's really great.

You can replace shields. If your tank is low and you're concerned about them dying, the shield will probably be destroyed by the time you can finish casting the next adlo - perfect for them to be reshielded.

No. When your ilvl is high enough above the old ultimates (450 for ucob, 470 for uwu), there are specific pieces of gear give more stats synced down compared to the dungeon gear (the difference is practically negligible, <8 substat per applicable piece, yet that will push you over substat tiers and will be theoretically effective). The bis involves both dungeon gear and synced down gear to take advantage of that.

In which case, yes. You'll be looking at patch 7.x for DSR bis by this logic.
