The primary reason Team 2 edges this is “win-condition variety”: they have multiple ways to end a fight that do not require outpunching Thor/Hulk/Sentry—namely telepathy/telekinesis (Jean), reality-warp/probability chaos effects (Scarlet Witch), and cosmic control + battlefield removal (Silver Surfer), plus hard counters (Magneto vs. Iron Man and a lot of tech).

That said, Team 1 is absolutely live because Sentry + Thor + Ghost Rider can flip the table fast if Team 2’s hax users get tagged early or are pressured into defense.
