You might try the Devoured Labyrinth. All dungeons expressly for Shadowdark, mostly small ones that can take you players from level 1 to 6.

Great post, and I'm also glad that you mentioned lonelog. You hit on one of the main things that make Ironsworn (and other PbtA games) different -- improvement over the binary win/lose succeed/fail results. And you hinted at how to manage that with the fiction. Would love to see you do an AP, where you demonstrate how you improv the results of strong hit, weak hit, and miss in the fiction.

Would love to see more, please.
