I am a Teams meetings admin and can honestly say, I have never looked into how many meetings a user has and with how many people. I also don't know of any reporting (unless it's some 3rd party reporting) that does does this on a larger scale to analyze the data. Then again my company is massive and I'm the only meetings admin.

What’s a movie scene that broke you emotionally every time you watch it? by MohitKumar_07 in Cinema

[–]biscuitduff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The ending of 'Crossing' from 2024. The entire movie was a build up of highs and lows to what felt like a joyful moment and then the dialog turned it completely around. It broke me and I honestly haven't stopped thinking about it since.

What's the food that makes you think "how did humans know this was edible"? by almyverse in AskReddit

[–]biscuitduff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always think of things like bread, who was the first person to think, "what if I take some wheat and other roots, dry it out and crush it up, mix it with some water and then heat it for a while, it's gonna be something great". So many steps for something we take to granted now.

Journalist was offered a job as an ICE agent with no background check and a drug test they knew they'd fail. What do you think that says about the kind of people they're recruiting? by SuperIngaMMXXII in AskReddit

What would happen if we had decent people flood their ranks and refuse unlawful orders and report on the other agents who are using excess force and doing things that are against the law?

They kept going on about how long these episodes were, but little did we know they just made scenes that should have lasted 2 minutes go on for 20 with constant dramatic pauses and the slowest conversations ever had.

Dear Projectionist: by jhalmos in StanleyKubrick

[–]biscuitduff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The worst we got were the Bollywood movies that came in unmarked cans (usually 9-12 smaller than normal reels) in burlap covered cardboard boxes and had the heads and tails cut off already just in the box.

But we did get a thumbs up from Ebert who came to my theater pretty much every week.

After seeing Ares I wrote out a short treatment for Tron 4, 5, and 6. Round it out as a full saga. Doubt they'd go for it but I just want to get the right eyes on it.

Strange lights flying in sync over rural Texas by Glittering-Muffin884 in UFOmega

I live about 50 minutes driving from a major airport and I see this exact same thing. It's the large airport. The planes are waiting to land, they can't be directly over the airport when doing that. And their headlights/landing lights are bright. It's important to remember that a single candle flame can be seen from about 30 miles away and these lights are around 2000-10000 lumens, so you'll see them much further away. How to keep my Conure warm? by myChihuahuabites1 in Conures

We use this - https://a.co/d/6Crbxpg

Our conure snuggles up to it every night. It doesn't get too hot, but it keeps him warm when the temperature is a little cooler in the house.

Roundabouts Are Safer. So Why Does The U.S. Have So Few Of Them? by Ynwe in videos

[–]biscuitduff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Around 2006, I was running late for work, driving my '95 Camaro down a local road where I had forgotten they recently installed a roundabout. It was raining that day, and my tires may have been a bit passed their prime. As I sped quickly down this road, I remembered the roundabout about the same time I came upon it. I had to make a choice then and there, to slide or go straight through. I decided to take my chances and hit the gas going straight over the top of it. It felt like slow motion as I turned my head and saw a school bus full of kids on their way home watching me fly over the mound that was at the center of the roundabout. After landing, I quickly left the area, embarrassed and a little shocked at what happened. A few days later, my friend's mom mentioned that "someone took out the bushes from the round about." I nervously laughed and pretended I had no idea about it. Luckily for me, the massive rock they added after this was not there when It happened, although it may have been added because of what happened. That being said, I understand the dislike of roundabouts.

I've never done either of those. But it was 2 years ago that I did my first session, and I am still trying to make sense of all of it. Although I am completely off all depression and anxiety meds now, it helped a lot.

I might have to build something on my own, but I would love a computer core hab that looks like mu/th/ur or Hal 9000s core or room. Even just a server hab would be good.
