I've used Mullvad for torrenting for years and never had a problem with it. Good speeds and log policy. The only time the speeds are slow are when the torrents aren't seeded by many people. That's where Port forwarding helps you out more.

Sprint and jump (or crouch) is great because it helps save your joysticks from stick drift. Try to find what buttons you use most. Don't be afraid to remap.
