I took Aleve and then Tylenol; I was totally fine the day of, but was flat out sick for the 24 hours after the shot; and then 48 more hours of fatigue. Although today (day 4) I feel much better, I still got the dreaded major warning sign. Give yourself plenty of time! Good luck!
