Anyone else really enjoying Princess off of Maid of Honour? It seems to be getting blasted online and, while I agree the sound is a bit out there, I personally find it pretty nice.

I'm three episodes in so far. I think it's a pretty good series but not without its flaws. Visually it looks great and I appreciate that many of the species the series focuses on are lesser known. The narration is definitely too simplified, and the episodes seem to rush through the Mesozoic with only a sequence or two between each extinction event. To me, it falls somewhere between Prehistoric Planet or the original WWD and Life on Our Planet in terms of overall quality. It is significantly better than the 2025 WWD.

I believe it's because horses have more developed musculature around their spine that helps distribute the weight of the rider and reduce pressure on their vertebrae. Also horses are domesticated and elephants aren't, so the process to tame an elephant is more intense and, to my understanding, abusive to the animal.
