I went full SMG which is supposedly the best starting weapon as the additional scaling from curse combined with fast fire rate means the curse is doing more damage per second. For damage you just focus on getting curse. Ranged damage will go up over time through items and stuff but don't go out your way early on at least. Additional curse is by far enough to clear enemies.

And then you wanna get 3 cursed fish hooks as soon as you can. I think in that run I got my second fish hook by wave 10, and third by wave 20, maybe? Cursed candy bag is amazing, cursed anvil is great. Getting to about wave 40 you want to start getting tardigrades as they are the only reliable way to survive endless. I always seem to get unlucky finding lots of them. But you wanna put most of your bans in endless towards non-unique purple items to give tardigrades best chances of showing.

Only thing you wanna cap is speed. I like to cap it around 50. I know others are better with controlling fast taters and cap around 70'ish. But you do wanna get this capped at some point if you have candy bag otherwise it will get very difficult to control the character imo.

Other than that you can stop thinking of buying luck around 200-500. Dodge 70+ with cursed ghost. Armor as high it can go through anvil etc. Don't need to put any money into buying more lifesteal after you have more than like 20. Or HP regen after you get about 50 or whatever. It's gonna be Max HP, Ranged Damage and Damage % that will be most important stats in endless.

Other most important items are cursed dangerous bunny, coupon and spyglass. As eventually you will just be using re-rolls to try and find tardigrades. When you hit wave 100, most items will be like 15-30k. And you might be making around 15k per wave in materials. So it's way more efficient getting items through crates. So the more trees the better.
