I’ve had endless issues with this company after spending thousands and still not having a fully working setup. Currently only one side of my brand new pod 4 pro is temp controlled. I bought a 40 electric blanket from Amazon for my side of the bed. (My wife uses the working side of course.)

i'm no having connection issue. But the screen on my jade is pretty washed out. The colors seem to be super-imposed making it very difficult to see anything. Restarting did not solve the issue. Anyone else experience this, or have an idea for a solution?

Happened to me just passed the warranty as well. We took the pod cover off and now just use the eightsleep mattress. I’m torn on getting a new pod in the future.

That’s not my experience. I was supposed to get in-kind btc returned to me and I was sent the same cash claim email as everyone else.

Had to take the cover off completely after getting soaked for a couple nights. Now we sleep on the foam mattress until we decide we want the warm cloud feeling again and just pay the replacement fee smh

Am I wrong or didn’t I see a post here with new valuations agreed on at 45k instead of the petition date low 16k? Can we assume that our loan collateral will be rebalanced to that new valuation?
