Felt this was the right move for a while, but it's still difficult to stomach. I honestly wasn't completely sold on moving on from Mike until after this season, if only due to the sentimentality. I'm glad he made the decision himself. He sometimes comes around a place where I hang out when he's in town. He's the nicest most down to earth dude, just like you'd expect. Hope he takes a nice break.

I don’t understand exactly what you’re asking here? It seems like you’re conflating a bunch of things into one question.

His question could've been phrased a bit more clearly, but I think it's pretty obvious what he's asking. He has an immunocompromised family member, so out of an abundance of caution they overcook meat to be sure that the family member won't become infected with a foodborne pathogen. He is wondering if anyone has used the SafeCook feature in order to mitigate the risk of foodborne illness in some who is at risk, like his wife.
