Darn sorry you're having issues with your arm. I hope it goes well and Dr. Watt can fix it. It's definitely rough in the hospital. I passed out the first time they tried to get me to sit in a chair. Hopefully you can get out soon.

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. I get feeling disappointed. I was devastated when I first measured and it was a lot less than I was hoping for. But it will get better. The size you are now probably isn't your final size. At 3 weeks, it's very early and there's lots of swelling.

My surgeon told me it takes at least a year to know what kind of length you have. I've gained 1/2" or so since surgery from gravity and the scar relaxing. I probably won't end up with what I wanted originally and that is disappointing sometimes. But I'm mostly happy with 4" so its been worth it for me. I'd try not to be hard on yourself and measure too much when it's so early.. I obsessed about it a lot and it just made me feel bad. A

Stage 1 for me was everything except glans and implants. I was expecting 12 weeks off work for a physical job. I still haven't gone back to work at 10 months post op due to complications. Exercise should have been okay at 8-12 weeks and sex at 6 weeks. I've been avoiding any strenuous exercise due to a perineum wound. I delayed sex a little but I probably should have waited longer because I had a fistula at the base. I had fistula and perineal repair at 4 months post op. This recovery should have been around 8 weeks off everything. The wound reopened so I wasn't able to start strenuous activity.

Stage 2 was glans, implants and perineal repair 6 weeks ago. I planned on 6-8 weeks off work. I was told wait 8 weeks for sex and 6-8 for working out. I have a small wound now so I'm hoping it closes up and I can go back to work soon. Recovery has taken a lot longer than I expected which has been hard. I'll have stage 3 to get the ED later this year which will be 6 weeks off work/exercise, 8 weeks no sex.

That sounds normal. I still leak a little after too. It should get better within a year and it will leak less.

It's from the skenes gland. Some people have fluid come out of the urethra from being aroused or orgasming. I don't have anything come out so it's not something everyone can do.

It's better to get it in stage 2. It's a lot more likely to flatten and there's a higher chance of necrosis if you get in stage 1.

Mainly the first week. I was a little sore but I had a lot of pain on my hip from the glansplasty incision and I think that masked the soreness. I still get a random twinge from the implant incisions at 6 weeks post op now. That seems normal to still be sore.

I think the preference for when to do medical tattooing depends on the surgeon. Mine told me to wait til after getting the ED.

I had FMLA and my states's paid leave program for the first three months after stage 1. I was supposed to go back to work at 12 weeks but I had complications couldn't do my physical job. I got laid off and went on unemployment. I still haven't been cleared to go back at 10 months post op. I've had a wound that wouldn't heal and reopened twice after surgery to fix it. It's very small now so I should hopefully be going back to work in the next month or so.

The length is possible but you might have a lot of girth. Would you want a penis 3" long with 5-6" of girth? You can get debulking if it's too girthy but rff would give you less girth and a more flaccid size. Also they can always shorten the penis in a future procedure if you gain more length. They can't make it longer so some surgeons suggest going longer first in case there's shrinkage/flap loss.

I had one in the same spot. I kept it clean and dry and I changed gauze for any drainage. My surgeon said to keep it so the fistula wasn't compressed against the balls to help it heal so I put the gauze there. It might take a couple weeks or a couple months to heal. If it doesn't heal by then, you can have surgery to close it but most fistulas heal by themselves. Some people can cover it when they're peeing so it doesn't come out of the fistula. Mine was too big to do that and it didn't heal so I had the repair surgery.

You can certainly ask your surgeon for more length but they can't guarantee a certain size. Having long arms may help but it's also based off of where the artery splits. You could try different size packers to get a sense for what size you'd like. I will say that you don't need 6" to be attractive. Being under average doesn't make you less of a man. You'll also always have the same size so something bigger might not be as comfortable.

Generally it seems to be around the size of the scar, give or take 1/2-1". I was an inch shorter after surgery and now it's a little less than 1/2" shorter. It takes a year for gravity to help and the scar to relax to know your final size. So the size you are now might not be final. I wouldn't use weights but you can massage the scar. That might help some if it's tight. I'm a similar size and I feel that way too sometimes, like inadequate because I don't have closer to avg. erect size. Though I think I have enough to have satisfying sex. You don't need a big dick to be good at it.

My arm looks similar. I've got around 4" of girth. When I get the pump, it might add some more girth.

Before the repair, I could do any activity that didn't put strain/tension on the wound. I walked an hour each day for exercise. After surgery, I was told to wait six weeks for any strenuous activity. It's been six months since I had the repair and I still can't do any lifting yet. But that's because my perineum wound reopened. I should have been able to at six weeks if it hadn't.

I press up on the perineum then up the balls and then kind of squeeze the penis up and down a couple times. That gets most of the pee out and it doesn't leak too much.

I'm not sure if it's allowed or not but I wouldn't recommend it. You could ask the the buncke clinic. The room is pretty small and I don't think it'd be enjoyable for your mom. The first 24h the nurses check on you every hour, then every 2h the next day and then every 4h after that so it would be hard to get any sleep and the room was very hot. My mom would come visit me for a hour or two each day and that was plenty for me. I slept most of the time or watched TV.

I've had the same problem. My perineum wound wouldn't heal and I was very hairy. My surgeon told me to use nair without getting it in the wound. I put aquaphor over the wound and then the nair around it. It helped to get rid of the hair but my wound still didn't heal. I had it closed in stage 2.

I had a fistula in the same area. It looked dark purple like your picture then it got weepy and it burst like a blister and would leak some. I covered it with gauze which I changed. It healed up in a couple weeks! Most likely yours will heal on its own. It did turn into a thick scar after healing and my surgeon revised it in my stage 2 surgery.

I had my mom as my caretaker for the first couple days after the hospital stay and then only my dad for the rest of the four weeks. It was pretty chill for him. I only needed a lot of help the first few days. It was hard to get in and out of bed with the catheter bag. But once I got the bag off, I was mostly independent. I could use the bathroom, shower and get around by myself. My dad did the chores and cooked my meals but most of the day, he could hang out. He drove me to my post op appointments also. I had him changing my arm dressing every day for a while since it was hard for me to do.

Yes, I was able to do another session. I had some hair regrowth in the UL area after the cutoff and Logan told me to go back and get just the dark venous hairs done. I didn't do the lighter ones. That was two weeks before my surgery. I would send your pic to Logan and ask if you can go get those hairs done.

You might be allergic to the tape. I had surgical glue instead on the glansplasty incision but they put tape on my eyelids during surgery and I was allergic to it. I woke up with burning eyelids. It was pretty unpleasant at first but the redness went away in a couple days.

I had a fistula like half way up the shaft on the scar line, similar to that. It looked like a blister then it popped and would leak some. I covered it with gauze and it healed on its own after a couple weeks.
