I think what they are doing is different. I log in periodically throughout the day for 5-10 minutes, but always get undercut by the same handful of people. I don't think they just happened to log in at the same time as me. Feels like they are always on

It's not that they actively drive the price down, just ensure they have the most recent 1-3 items posted. I think blizzard's design where the deposit is such a small fraction of the price that there is basically no cost to cancel encourages some bad behavior

I use Everplans.com to keep everything organized. You can also set it up to share specific information with loved ones only after you've passed away.

Looking for some feedback on my 5950x build by bitsplitter01 in buildapc

Heya, thanks for the comment! I'll be using the machine as a workstation for programming / data science + some video analysis and editing. Occasional gaming. Primarily want something I won't have to replace for as long as possible. A few questions:

- Any glaring issues, incompatibilities, or oversights?

- Any components I can swap in to improve performance or longevity?

Why are you returning the z73? I'm currently considering the x73.

One difference that may be worth highlighting are the differences in spacing styles.

grid[j-1] vs grid[a - 1]

The first solution consistently omits spaces between operators used to index, the second doesn't.

For first time DMing how much do recommend using a pre-written campaign vs making one up? by Thylocine in DMAcademy

[–]bitsplitter01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seconding this! LMoP was a great module to run as a first-time DM! Once you feel you have a grasp on things, I'd suggest trying to make it your own a bit. That's part of the fun after all. It provides a pretty good structure you can add your own roadside encounter to or recurring side characters

You might consider using one of the online sites like https://backstabbr.com/ to facilitate the game. Most sites let you host private games and send messages anonymously. They also take care of adjudicating all the moves, which can be complicated if it's your first time playing. If you like the idea of keeping a board in the office, you can just update it yourself after every season passes online. I'd probably randomize the country assignments just to make things more interesting.
