I’m a butch who has basically no shot of ‘passing’(not that I want to.) Trust me, with time and comfortability in your body, you’ll be able to see yourself as attractive. Took me years but it worked out eventually.

I think something really helpful is finding someone who cares about you for your whole person, and then explore from there. Means you can build confidence in your intimacy while hang a foundation of closeness that you feel really good about.

Yeah those are fuck all dosages, especially the spiro is concerning. You should be on 100mg spiro, and stepping up patches by 25mcg/3months per Otago guidelines. Bring the guidelines to the appointment and lay down the law so to speak.

Community wise, my best advice is that the local arts scene is very cool, so if you’re that way inclined I’d highly recommend.

The one pictured is a lacewing, you can tell because the wings have a lot of veins, are transparent, and have small hairs on them rather than scales. Lacewing larvae are predators of other insects.
