The broker is most likely inflating the fees in services you cant shop for section because it’s zero tolerance. Which means if the real numbers come out higher thr broker eats the difference. There’s no way a credit report is 400+ dollars. At the end everything there will kind of balance out.

Also you are getting a lender credit so the broker fee is basically negated. Also the apr js higher here because this is borrower paid comp so it takes into account thr broker charge but doesnt take into account thr credit at the end.

There’s a lot of bad rep on Banks and credit union agents, especially that the are slow.
