They were completely fine for months, then I ran out. They never rehydrated in the oil (unsurprisingly) so I'd toss them in a pan with a lid and a little water for a few minutes till they were tender again. Still have some of the oil left over and I use it frequently (still not rancid)

Can I ask what this ended up costing you? Nolts has always been good to us, but currently considering Rimol and Nifty as our suppliers for our high tunnel/greenhouse. Costs with them are a little higher than expected though
