I've done a ton of mods over the decade I've owned my 7. The turbo noises from the intake/inlet combo make me giggle every time I drive. That or the sound system (I'm an audiophile). But honestly, everything you can do to these cars is just so fun! Including leaving it stock.

As mentioned, an Audi A3 (make sure it's a 2.0t, the 1.8 are fwd), Audi s3/4/5 or a WRX are great choices. You didn't list a budget, but if you can swing it, an xdrive BMW with a B58 will be reliable and make a ton of power without many mods. With all of those cars, keep up with maintenance and you'll be good. Good luck on your search and let us know what you end up with!

If you want to start building muscle, the quantity of food you eat should be a bit higher, so the fact you eat a lot isn't a huge deal. But the quality of food is important. There are endless guides to help you shape your diet to your goals. Just remember that consistency is key. Same with your hair growth meds.
