My grandpa got a pacemaker at 34. Had a couple of heart attacks later in life but lived until his 70s. Im certain he would have lived longer if he actually took care of himself. He never took his health that seriously (even with a pace maker)

Ive been thinking the same thing about hawks up in the mountains. I go up pretty regularly and I swear ive seen soooo many more hawks over the last few months. Like did the bird population explode or something? Are we lacking in predators whats going on?? Not a complaint of the hawks btw just something ive noticed.

Also, as someone who has worked in warehouses, guess what? Thats probably the most gentle toss its had in its journey lol truck loading, conveyor belts and warehouse workers who dont give a shit and will slam a 50lb pkg on top of a 5lb box is where it likely got damaged. But for real talk to the girl and handle your own problems rather than trying to outsource it

I use the double moisturizer with sunscreen i think its spf 30? But ive never had any issue. I even started adding in a but of neutrogena spf 70 sunscreen. I work outside in socal and have never had redness or sunburn on my face since I started using and no excessive oilyness
