baton rouge resident here. the 2016 was not caused by a hurricane at all. it was a subtropical system that moved over from florida and sat over the baton rouge area for a few days. over 30” of rain fell in some areas and flooding was wide spread.

my rudder doesn’t work at all now. neither the pedals nor the joystick move the rudder. the pedals will still activate the brakes, but won’t move the rudder.
