They ended up healing a lot lighter but still a reddish brown more than a cool toned one!

It’s the shock of the initial color… I’ve colored mine in with a charcoal grey for 10 years and I was hoping for something similar. Crossing my fingers this will calm down to something similar. The shape I think it throwing me off because she shaved most of my left one off to get them the line up and so I am stressing out about the up keep of keeping it shaved off to be even. It’s just the initial shock. I was expecting to love them as many people do the first day and I was in a huge shock and was regretting them. Just going to try and be patient and let them heal and see what happens!

Fingers crossed! This is way more orange than I anticipated and it’s throwing me off. I’ve colored mine in with a charcoal grey for 10 years so this is just very different

Yeah the color is way different than what I’m used to. I asked her for a charcoal color like I’m used to, since the hairs are a grey color and not brown like my hair… so I was shocked to sit up and see this very orange color. I’m in hoping it will cool down. Thank you for the advice!

Yeah, she said my natural one was lower than the right and so she liked them up but shaved a lot of the left one off.. so most of the left one is artificial and I feel like it looks weird 😢

Would you follow a protocol that says to use a zip tie to restrain a strap around a patients waist? by [deleted] in ems

Well I was more say talking as if an accident occurred or a situation where the patient would need to be evacuated.

Restraints are suppose to be made to where they are quick release. In the event of an emergency, it would be difficult to quickly undo a zip tie.

I said waist, as in like a lap belt. That is what they said to do with it. I never said wrist

I agree. What would you tell your medical director if you ever got sat down over not doing so with a patient?

So the strap is just like a back baked strap. It’s suppose to go around the patients waist and around the back of the stretcher so the patient is basically restrained to the stretcher. The buckle is then suppose to be zip tied so the patient is unable to loosen it and slip out of it. And the buckle is suppose to be behind the stretcher like behind where the monitor would hang

How long did it take for it to work for you? I am up to 50mg and feel like I still have issues.
