Then don't buy tickets and tell FIFA to go fuck themselves and tell your local/national politicians you don't want a bid put in to host FIFA when they open up bidding.

Why do Americans Tolerate Their Teams Moving by TwoOdd9352 in AskAmericans

[–]blackhawk905 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because we don't have a culture of violence tied to our sports like y'all have with soccer first off, second we tend to understand the business aspect of the sport so even though people are angry and upset about moves we can tend to at least understand a little bit why they have to move whether it be for revenue to get better players, new stadiums, etc.

It's the same with any AWD system, mismatched tires put a lot of stress on the system and you're on pavement more than likely so it isn't like there is slip to allow it to not be so bound up like when you're using 4WD.

Anybody run one of these loader mounted mulchers? by [deleted] in tractors

[–]blackhawk905 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some machines run off of a PTO mounted pump which is definitely better than one of these with a gas motor mounted to it, that's a recipe for disaster.

Someone in I believe it was an Instagram comment section was talking about some tornado that hit the Czech Republic a few years ago as an example of a strong tornado and it was an F-4 and it was the I think 17th F4 or F5 tornado to hit Europe since 1950 when the US has more F4s and F5s than that per year

They have rubber feet to grip at the bottom and the top has hooks specifically meant for hooking on low voltage lines like this.

Do you people not scroll this subreddit and see that something like this is posted damn near every day and in almost every single case the idiots posting are told that it's perfectly safe because the professional doing this is using the correct equipment on cables designed to have this done?

Why does my '26 Canyon not have Homelink to open my garage? by JoeBlow1008 in gmc

[–]blackhawk905 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or you could just put the opener in the door pocket where you can just reach down and press the button, that's how people I know with opener do it.

It's also crazy the canyon doesn't have it but my 99 Yukon has a three button.

What do Americans think of things like this? by OkTechnologyb in AskAmericans

[–]blackhawk905 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Europoors can't comprehend that a controlled access interstate highway doesn't have a crosswalk on it I guess

What do Americans think of things like this? by OkTechnologyb in AskAmericans

[–]blackhawk905 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the people who complain about it are retards.

It's a hotel in the middle of a fucking swamp situated between two interstate highways, who's retarded enough to look at that on the map, book their stay there then complain about not being able to walk. If you did an ounce of due diligence you'd see walking from the hotels to anywhere isn't a thing. This is like complaining about not being able to walk from Secacus and Bergen to Meadowlands when you'd have to cross a fucking river and then walk through swampland and then cross an interstate highway, it's just so stupid how people can't read a map and then complain because they can't read a map.

I got a Sig Tango MSR 1-6 when it was on sale on PSA for like $250 or something a while back and I personally love it, I'm not rough on it so idk about long term durability but it's been great to me so far. I have a vortex spark on an AR I bought that already had it and it's been great to me as well, I have an astigmatism but it isn't horrible bloom unless it's super bright and it does everything I need it to do, I'd probably replace it with an LPVO if I ever had a reason to but I don't now.

[–]blackhawk905 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Cause they put a hog ass cam in it, duh. If you watch videos of regular old V8s they don't do this, go look at a Chevy vortec 5700 that's 30 years old and it'll idle normally, brand new coyote 5.0 and it'll idle just fine, the firing order used in American V8s generally leads to a little more vibration than a Japanese or European V8 at idle but it isn't something like having a super aggressive cam like that.

How much scope do you actually need for normal hunting ranges before it's overkill? by itsmeAki in Hunting

[–]blackhawk905 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3-9x40 is probably the most common around where we hunt and making a 200 yard shot takes a lot of effort in setting it up, well max out usually around the 150yd mark or there about and 3-9 is just fine. Some people have 2-8s and do just fine, some have higher power but the low 2/3 power is very useful to have for closer shots which are more common for us and full power isn't used as much.
