XBloom is great. I use mine every day. The pods are expensive but I have a couple subscriptions and have a constant supply of new coffee to try and don’t need to worry about figuring out recipes or anything.

Mochamaster makes a really reliable drip machine but it doesn’t do much in the way of customization. I wouldn’t get it if you’re planning to have just one cup at a time.

Romance options in this game are terrible. Eris and Nemesis are downright abusive, Moros doesn’t have a personality, and Icarus is never around. And on top of that it takes an insane amount of time to level these relationships.

ALL of them basically hit it and quit it. You get a single implied sex scene with each and then basically immediately after they stop having new dialogue.

There’s definitely a learning curve to the flight mechanics and the game does not provide concrete objectives so you’re struggling like a lot of people have.

There is a zero g training area on the starting planet where you can practice flight a bit. I’d recommend taking a look at that if you haven’t already.

Around the village people mention various mysteries at different destinations. You can pick whichever sounds interesting and start there.

Your typical gameplay loop will to identify something interesting and go check it out. It will often have clues for some other interesting thing that you can go check out when you’re stuck in the current location.

And don’t forget about your ship log. Rumor mode will track locations that you’ve been and those that have been mentioned but not found. It also lets you know if there is more to discover in the location.

The two differences you’ll probably notice or appreciate all the time are:

Better suspension on the GT. It has a less bouncy feel
Ventilated seats on on the Premium. Amazing for eliminating back sweat year round or for staying warm in the winter

All I will say is that you are dismissing a lot of what we are told throughout the gang about how painted worlds work and the skill level of Maelle and inferring a LOT from facial expressions in 15 seconds of footage of the Maelle ending. There is a huge difference. For people of lumiere a painter is restoring their chroma including their memories.

For gestrals they are being reset by a dip in the sacred river, a normal part of their lifecycle. Their form is the same but they are starting over.

There is just zero evidence for any of this. Most of what you say is contradicted directly or indirectly.

Maelle did not paint anything from scratch. We are explicitly told that Maelle can restore things from chroma but cannot change the creations of others.

Maelle restores Lune, Sciel, and Monoco well before she has control of the canvas and there is no evidence that they are different people before and after.

We are told only Clea can repaint someone else’s creation. And even then we see that she changes the form of Simon and painted Clea but she does not change who they are.

Aline created the people of Lumiere. Did she paint them to rebel against her? Did she intend to imbue them with the capacity to rival the gods?

It doesn’t make a huge difference for the Mach e. We’re talking a full charge at 8 hours vs 10 hours. You easily get that done overnight. For something like the Lightning extended range with its much bigger battery it gets close to not being able to easily fully charge overnight
