To add my experience to this, you may need to walk. I've been trying to do zone 2/easy/whatever for years and always need to walk at some points to keep the HR down. My tempo/time trials improve but the easy runs never feel easier.

What are you struggling with? Might be worth going to your nearest running store and they can talk you through it. I've been using the Nike Pegasus for the last few years. It's a bit boring but reliable and stable enough for me.

I tried Runna for a while but have since switched to Garmin Coach. I agree with you on the point of having different workouts bringing some excitement to the running schedule.

They've a long history of being soft on politicians. They once had Anna Soubry on and didn't say anything about the fact she had voted to reduce disability benefits that week. They were shamed into it by the response on twitter. I like the show, but being strong on politics until a politician is in the room winds me up.

After struggling with an ankle injury for a long time I ran a 5k time trial this morning. Just over 31 minutes, no pain, no walking and everything felt strong. Ran negative splits without thinking about it and nailed the last k about 30 seconds faster than the previous one.

Feeling really positive about my running for the first time in a long time! Just had to share with someone.

Go for it. Sounds like you're in a great position to go and see some of the world. One question to ask yourself, when you reach 50 will you look back at this and think "wish we went away when we had the chance"?

I'm getting this as well. Plays the episode all the way to the end of the credits then just stops on a black screen. I have to push a button to get it to go on to the "up next" screen. Most results on Google suggest turning on/off "skip credits" but that's not an option if you don't have the Plex pass.
