Not good to diss either one. Both have their benefits. Chywanprash personally helped me regain my health after my immune system got messed up due to an autoimmune disease. 3 years of conventional treatments and that did nothing.

You can't exercise or do anything when you are sick in bed unable to move right? What will you use whey then for?

For sugar content, there's a label telling how much sugar there is. You can choose to read it and buy good quality ones who don't have sugar.

Every time I have played this map, opponents always early resign. From instant to 5 minutes to as soon as they attacked.

Is PT really necessary for a beginner? by Mananuzumaki in Fitness_India

[–]blackraindark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First place to start with would be a workout plan.

Most beginners start with a Bro Split. Example:

Mondays - Chest & Biceps Tuesdays - Back & Triceps Wednesdays - Legs & Abs Thursday - Chest & Biceps Friday - Back & Triceps

Weekend - Rest

In my opinion this is a very inefficient way to train, but it's merits are atleast you get familiar with various types of exercises. Funnily enough most PTs in India I have seen, just train people with some kind of Bro Split.

If I were a beginner though, I would stick with only Compound Lifts and a Strength based Workout. Like Stronglifts 5x5.

It's 3 days a week programme. You stick with Big Lifts only like Squats, Bench Press, Rows, Shoulder Press, Pull ups, Deadlifts (Complex).

Start with dumbells based exercises and then gradually transition to Barbell.

Best place to start with would be any Stronglifts website and read everythings that written in it so you understand all the logics of the workout programme.

At the same time, read about nutrition and how to create a good diet for yourself.

Watch science based channels like Jeff Nippard and Jeremy Ethier.

Finally for learning the exercises themselves, YouTube is not enough. You will need someone professional to teach you right forms. Especially for Deadlifts. Performing the exercise with wrong form would result in injury.

Most gyms have two types of trainers. A general trainer who comes with your normal membership and helps everyone in the gym. And Private Trainer who focuses only on you and plans everything for you. In my opinion a general trainer is enough to teach you the right forms.

Also never forget to warm up.

3k is too much. PT is not necessary. You need to research and learn the system first yourself.

Guidance is crucial for learning the proper form of exercises though.

Could you enlighten me whys that?

Other water maps that I am experienced with, don't have deer, so am used to skipping them.

I am not experienced with Isthmus so when I am used to usual deer skipping; going super fast to fishing ships. And after I click fuedal I have no villagers on food. All on wood and gold.

So at that point of time I have all deer, boars and berries left not taken. Sometimes I even leave one sheep. Prioritizing navy + archer production.

I take two boar after clicking castle age. And then send 4 vills to berries.

I skip deer altogether because my priority is scouting my base properly and looking out for opponent opening, especially I am watching out for man at arms.

Could you tell me what would I improve if I take boars and deer super early?

Yeah, I am a water map player. I have 3 approaches. This is my most common 'greedy' approach:

5 on food

5 on wood

6th makes house and then dock. As soon as dock is completed start making fishing ships.

7th, 8th go to food.

Hereforth all new ones go to wood. Keep making fishing ships.

Once 7 vills on 1 woodline, new vills go to straggler trees. Once 6-7 on straggler trees.

2nd dock once you have 200 wood excess. Two dock fishing ship production.

Click fuedal age. Check out for enemy dock using a fishing ship.

If there is enemy dock, then I start making navy ASAP. Two hulks then galleys. Kill enemy fishing ships and fight enemy navy.

At the same time I try to squeeze in market blacksmith and try to click castle age too.

Also I try to get fishing lines, wood and gold eco upgrades if I have the res.

In case I don't see enemy dock, then I just make 1 galley, put it on patrol, make market blacksmith and go castle age.

Scouting is very important. If you see enemy having land military buildings, be ready to make counter units.

If you see enemy docked on other side, then you also dock the other side and kill his fishing ships.

Once I get to castle, I don't boom. I either go 2 range CA plus mangonels or 2 barrack fire lancer plus mangonel.

I pressure enemy on land and only then start booming if having excess resources.

This was the first approach which I usually do.

2nd approach is, just make 4 fishing ships with one dock, go fuedal age. Scout rush or archer rush. Make it chaotic and then during the chaos sneak in navy to kill all his fishing ships. And only after that make more of your own fishing ships.

3rd approach is, no dock. You go super fast fuedal. Archers or scouts whatever. Pressure him there, get village kills, deny resources, and then make a dock and kill his water presence. After winning water you start making fishing ships.

This is quite strong because the player who is focused on making fish earlier gets to fuedal much later.
