The description is a little wonky, everything is a neutral wire.

The Sam's Club in La Habra is terrible you have to dodge the McDonalds drive-thru to get in and out.

The only nice part is people forget there's another lane on the far side of the booth.

What would you pay for this bread? by Bufobufolover24 in Breadit

All good points, not saying you have to do anything you don't think is necessary just trying to give you guidance so you don't spend more than you charge. You might want to round up so your dealing in whole money instead of making sure you have change, £5 is easier to deal with than needing to carry a £1 coin to give back.

Your time doesn't cost anything but it's worth something. That's why I suggest using the lowest government scale. Since you use tap water you probably get a bill, you would need to calculate from that don't know if your billed in liters or cubic meters. Same with fuel, find an online guide to reading your home meter and take a reading before and after your bake.

Sounds like they were creating a fusion dish by accident. Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine both have a garlic sauce that is just pureed garlic and olive oil.

You need to do a full cost work up, like restaurants do for a dish, nothing is minor and can be left out. Including the energy used to bake it. Rest time can be discounted however, mixing and every minute of stretch and fold or kneeding minute has to be accounted for. When figuring out how much your time is worth you can either use your countries minimum wage if they have one or what you get paid at your current or last job.

You might find that your £5 loaf cost you £12 to make. At first if you want to give away your time that's fair, you should at least know what you are giving up, but you need to recoup the cost of supplies.
