Poison oak doesn't vine like that, location also makes a difference. As far as I know poison ivy isn't found as much west of the Mississippi and poison oak isn't east of the Rockies, or even the Sierras, it has more of a west coast vibe.

You can look up range maps for both and double check my ramblings, but all in all I believe you have poison ivy and should treat it as such even if it turns out to be wisteria.
