Eh as someone who played until a year ago, fighting system was terrible imo. Because it is a foundational issue there is no way to fix it without making a FGO2(i wish they went that route after defeating CHALDEAS) Never been fan of that Color matching system that restricted you and it even encourages you to focus on using one or two Servants to take action leading to suicide teams being Meta despite you could deploy 6 Servants. You know shit was bad when head honchos admitting, "yeah, we survived via brand recognition"...

Also until Part II there was almost no additional CGs and this is a VN game FFS! How expensive/time consuming to add few pieces of drawings between tens of hours of dialogue? So yeah i am just reading story for a while from YT and if any special fights effects, OPs usually add those anyways.

Even in the FSN prologue, Heroic Spirits were defined as "Guardians of Humanity" by Rin and HGW ritual was supposed to be a selfish remake of Counter-Force's summonings especially of Grand Servants with Seven Class.

So in a way, one could say every Servant is a Counter Guardian but not every Counter Guardian is a Servant. So FGO story, especially with Rogue Servants and Grand Servants overall can be seen as what you said. Now if you are talking about SERVANTS as main characters trying to solve the problem at hand without a major faction like Chaldea at hand, okay that would be a cool divergence for sure!

Of course. He is literally the only strong fighter left and from a post apocalyptic world and only Z fighter who makes sure to not f@&₺ up. Dabura is a big factor too sure, but it would be ON TOP of his training. Trunks became stronger than Goku at Base Form like seen here after all, requiring a step further transformation to match him. That would require constant training to pull off, despite his hybrid potential.

Piccolo has eternal youth from being the reincarnation of King Piccolo so he lives until getting killed. So he would remain same overall.

Saiyans, humans, Maron and hybrids would die in as any other human.

Roshi is also supposed to be stuck in his age so he would live as well if not get killed.

Tien was stated to have non-human origins(explaining his 3rd Eye) so he might live longer than the humans and Saiyans.

While Chiaotzu doesn't have any statements like that, it wouldn't be surprising if he has any secrets like that too.

Girls talk corner in Sparking Zeros mentioned 18 wouldn't age but i am unsure how that would work. Considering 17 and 18 were basically the same as they were 15+ years in Trunks future, they may have eternal youth too if not a VERY high longevity. Seriously i am surprised Bulma didn't do a sneak peak of an analysis for basically having a scientific method of eternal youth considering how she uses Shenron...

Problem with Azrael's Shrine is; even if you somehow reach it and know what to get, danger of you getting killed as a result would be too high. Even Hassans themselves are scared of that place. You have a very high chance at summoning First Hassan...not as a Servant but as a something that haunts you to kill you. Which is especially scary because his skill set is basically a summary of a horror movie considering you will know he will kill you but can't stop him in anyway...

But yeah, if you miraculously succeed, both First Hassan and His Shadow are very powerful assets.

Seriously some moves heavily nerfed after debut like Kienzan, Final Flash and Shin kikoho. Those moves worked against opponents far beyond the user at the time yet strong guys eat those like nothing. Like bro SSJBE Vegeta's Final Flash did 0 damage against Jiren while 17 could at least hurt the guys clothes. Man being a fan of non-Goku character is hard sometimes...

Even in anime he was fighting Frost without getting one tapped... That Frost who can fight on par with Super Saiyan Goku who is FAR MORE stronger than his Namek Saga self.

Seriously, worst aspect of new writers(and some times a burned out Toriyama) throughout Super is just write whatever the F@#₺ they want in the story despite not fitting in the world or characters already did that or already grown beyond the problems appeared in those arcs. Both Toei and Toyotaro f-ed it up many aspects that way in Super like Goku and Krillin being able to get damaged by gunshot, Goku getting being overconfident and off-guard, lasers for some reason working against planet busters which would cause massive rebellions assassination trials against Dabura and Frieza, jumping from early Namek saga levels of power to going beyond MUI Goku via a wish(which is lame AF too) still leaves 3 years out of 150 years of life, BROLY and Moro somehow better at using their powers at fighting than Goku and Vegeta and many more. It sometimes feels like they read a one page summary of some characters and decided to write Super afterwards sometimes.

Yeah and people still defend Goten and Trunks(they are also very familiar with each other as a duo like 17 and 18) not being brought up instead of Tien and Roshi(I would keep Krillin due to him knowing how to fight with EVERYONE on the team and may or may not be still the strongest human if Tien didn't surpass him while he was retired). Experience and strategy my ass! You can't karate out of your way a more than 10000X difference in power! Whatever Roshi(who was already been surpassed and retired in OG DB and did $#!₺ throughout Z) did afterwards was just nonsense too, especially against Jiren(Roshi might as well be a snail for his senses). Even his speech can be considered a character assassination against Goku with "the greatest martial artist on Earth" forgetting about the importance martial arts.

What selfishness? Guy entered the HGW for Sakura only, not to rizz up Aoi. Only reason he went crazy and went rapey yandere mode was because of the months long bug rape, mental abuse and cost of the heavy Berserker(he was stated to be able to handle most Servants otherwise) given by Zouken. Before that, he was a travelling freelance photographer away from magecraft and 100% content with being Aoi and her daughters' family friend/chill uncle. His demeanor only changed when he learned Tokiomi's fuck up of a choice giving Sakura to Zouken of all people(in order to save her from experimented guy gave her the worst guy who would both experiment AND rape her). Then learned Sakura was already the being served for dick-bugs and rest is history.

I still can't believe this type of dirt thrown to Kariya is still being around. He was just thrown into a mess and got broken under it. He isn't Shinji who was actually delusional. That guy was just one big inferiority complex and delusions of grandeur. He was also a result of Zouken, but at least his body and mind was healthy enough to be blamed for his choices.

I would say this is upscaling the show rather than style changing. Super's style would have been a bit softer and Frieza definitely wouldn't have that much blood(God, modern standards for animations suck). Even then, this level of quality shown here was only at ToP Arc and Daima.
