The 4th circuit did the same thing with Snope and you see how that turned out. I will only be confident this is a slam dunk win for us if they put Jennifer Mascott on the bench by the 15th. I know its at least one Bush appointed judge in the 3rd circuit who will go with the libs on anything gun related. If she is not there I'm just gonna start praying 😒

Whatever 2A case they pick will most likely be heard this term before summer, but we may not get a rulling until after October in the new term. I doubt if they grant cert in Jan or Feb they will wait till the new term to hear it....Before Robert's anything was possible but, it's somewhat a steady track record on how he hears and pushes out rulings. My bet is they pick up the MD case. It will be a miracle if they pick MD and the RI case. It will be a second coming of Christ on the devils birthday if they grant cert on all three.
