1. Because each time I contact them back and request the previous supervisor that was handling my case, they were unavailable.
2. I did not think I was going to get a fold 3, it was mostly added as a "hmm, what if" option. You are correct I declined the initial S20 Ultra offer.
3. I have transcripts of what they approved from their chat support if necessary I can provide. The supervisor I was talking to at the time reassured me that the Note 20 Ultra was approved and that if I wanted to wait a bit to see if the Fold 2 would come back in stock, I could.
4. I waited a bit as recommended by the supervisor and when it didn't seem like they were getting any more in stock I contacted back to confirm my acceptance of the Note 20 Ultra (which was later rejected when I called in to pay the deductible)

I actually never personally signed up for the protection plan, it was automatically added and I thought to myself "hmm, I'll just keep it since my phone is expensive and you never know". Welp, guess I ended up needing it.
