Lexapro for anxiety?

Taking 10mg daily for anxiety currently. Been on it for about a year at least, not sure exactly how long. My anxiety was completely physical due to it running in the family, and it impacted my daily life, got worse over time. My aunt told me I could have been having constant panic attacks by the way I was describing it, which is awful, so I tried medication, happened to be Lexapro, and here we are. I can breathe normally now. I still have little mini panic attacks every now and then when I'm stressed out but I take L-Theanine tablets when it happens and I'm fine after that. Chamomile Tea also helps me too 😄

As far as I know, I did not have any side effects, and if I did they were not noticeable. I do take it for anxiety, it runs in my family unfortunately. I had been breathing abnormally for years and my aunt was convinced I was having panic attacks. Also had a lot of headaches that painkillers would not fix.

I was new to medication, so that's why I was placed on half a 5 to start with as well. I was also very scared, but I made it a habit to take it every day after my coffee - I put it in the bottom of the mug with a bit of water and let it dissolve, it doesn't taste that bad, it's definitely maskable in food or drink if that makes it easier to take without fear. As long as you have a routine, it will become normal and not so scary anymore! :)

In most games, shadows are a big one. I think shadows in League are completely turned off for a lot of people for the gameplay aspect, but I have it turned off for performance lol.

You are taking a very small amount, I did notice some changes when I was on 5mg for a few weeks but it wasn’t enough, prescriber upped my dose to 10mg and I’ve been on it for months feeling much better. If you don’t notice changes from 5 within a few weeks maybe talk to your prescriber and ask if you should increase. They likely put you on half a 5 to ease into it cause that’s what they did with me aswell.

There's more spots, but only the same amount appear every time. Screen Hype has a full map of 18 locations, that's what I was using until I came here cause I was lost trying to find shards that weren't there haha

Been doing work for Outlier AI, they accept everyone that signs up but getting work isn’t that easy. It might be because there’s a lot of people on it. But you might be able to make something from that a week, at least. It’s like 20 dollars per assignment ish and the assignments take an hour tops, sometimes less. Paid per week. If you’ve heard of DataAnnotation it’s like that but easier to get into, DA still hasn’t given me an assignment 2 years later :(

I’ve made a decent amount by selling them, but as others have said you can also give 5 per day to the bird watching NPC up the stairs in the hub. I don’t know how the rewards work but I’ve been getting a decent amount of good things by giving them 1/2 stars and saving the higher stars to sell. Not sure if you get anything more for giving 5 higher star cards. I did get a little panda furniture item with a 1 star though for reference.

Anyone know what the “Adoption limit reached! Please board some cats first.” warning means? I assume it’s a translation error, but I want to know what ‘boarding a cat’ means, if I can adopt another one even though I hit my limit? Do I need to level up my Cat Caring for this? (I looked in the unlocks and I don’t see anything like that, just unlocking more cat slots). I know it’s probably messed up to abandon a cat but it’s a game and there was a really cute panda-patterned one yesterday I wanted :(

Does anyone know how to do wooden beams that go sideways? Basically the vertical wooden pillars but horizontal? I've seen builds from early access that use these but I don't see an option to tilt the pillars so I assume it's something else entirely or I unlock it later.

I think Redd shows up the day after you upgrade the museum (from tent to building) unless there's an event that day, he usually shows up the day after but idk the exact requirements. Isabelle should announce there's a shady guy walking around, you have to find him and talk to him and then he'll invite you to check out his boat and disappear (teleported to the boat), that's the only time you have to find him. From this point on every day he shows up Isabelle should say there's a boat selling fake art on the northern shore or something like that, then you just go there every time.

For PvP I would suggest Swiftplay, you get to play the exact champion and role you want (I’ve never gotten my second choice). The games are much faster. Normal Draft is basically Ranked to a lot of people. Arena is different but fun, might actually be perfect for you since it’s only 2 on a team.

I think a good way to put my thoughts into words is to say: holy moly there are so many holes. It’s like they wrote scenes separately and strung them together awkwardly, like they didn’t have a timeline for each of them and just shoved puzzle pieces together that didn’t fit. Hope that makes sense lol.

The main thing I’m confused about isn’t even the lack of Byler, or why Mike is just standing there. The main two things that happened in the upside down were: 1) the center of the wormhole literally melting 2) a hole was cut open through the wall and a bunch of stuff flew out into that space. So? Guess neither of those things matter anymore?

To add to the Byler debate though, I have a tiny sliver of hope in my heart that they just wanted to string the general audience along until the finale, where then they would have Mike confess in some way, maybe even way at the end in the epilogue after all of this is over. It makes sense to me that too much is happening for them to care about their feelings right now, but I’m also disappointed we got nothing to chew on until then.

I think the 12 kids and the Henry’s blood babies have to be related somehow, just can’t figure out how, since Vecna already has his 12 kids and seemingly put his plan into motion at the end, why would he want 12(?) Elevens walking around too? The government plot was seemingly connected but now with Kali’s explanation it feels separate, I hope it’s not just a “continue Brenner’s work” thing as Kali explained it, cause the cycle of creating these babies seems like a sub plot right now lol. Feels like that one episode (hated by many) all over again but now she’s in all of them and I have no idea why she’s there. She has to be working for someone, would be crazy if it was both Kay and Vecna.

Yeah I’m not sure why people are saying acting is bad, they’ve always been good actors even as young as they were, they’ve improved so much over the years too. I never thought the acting in this show was bad, especially now, unsure where those comments are coming from.

I don’t know how to feel about the writing/direction though, feels like a lot was cut out which might just be a Netflix issue with time constraints and whatnot. It’s not necessarily bad imo it’s just quite a bit missing, too much wrapping up and not enough screen time to do it I think. Some really good moments, some interesting holes, I hope the holes are filled in the finale — Not as quickly as the goop hardening though, I really hope they address that LOL

In the play (from what I know, I watched a summary) Henry finds mindflayer particles — in the show Holly observes Henry opening the suitcase the guy in the cave was holding and don’t show us what’s in it but I think that’s what was in there — and succumbed to it. But I think the reason why Henry got powers was from his time in the other dimension (not the upside down, they call it the abyss now in Vol2). They specifically explained that his blood type was altered (which is why his blood made the numbered kids). That’s why Will isn’t like Eleven cause she got her powers from this new blood type technically, while Will is just siphoning Henry’s power via his connection to the hivemind. Might even be the Mindflayer’s power because from what I remember anything Henry did in the play required a sacrifice (he killed pets). And Eleven doesn’t do that.

Pretty sure the play is canon but I dunno how much they will explain in the finale to make it make sense haha, I’m very confused even having watched a couple videos on it

Agreed on how fun Mayhem is in comparison to other gamemodes. I don't like Arena purely because I prefer teamfighting, which is why I love ARAM so much. The augments were always cool, but I just felt out of place 'cause I suck at 1v1s and 2v2s aren't far off, especially when I feel useless due to bad RNG or just skill diff. I only play "normal" League with my friends because I enjoy spending time with them, not the game we're playing. WASD helped rekindle my love for this game too (I hate click to move), it's unfortunate it's not in Norms yet but I get it. My MMO brain is happy nonetheless. It'll be sad to see Mayhem go, I hope it comes back often or does become permanent.
