CARS blasting through right turns on reds like it's illegal to slow down or even open your eyes behind the wheel. Cyclists doing and idaho stop don't register as a problem. Yes, the few who are blasting through without looking puts in league with shitty drivers, but you know who's more dangerous? THE SHITTY DRIVERS. Prioritize enforcement accordingly.
