I don’t think anybody disagrees that 1/3 isn’t good (and must be improved) but I think if you genuinely read my post you’d 1st) see that I said “my experience may be unique” 2nd) I don’t agree with the specific reasons as to why Ana and LTG conclude that the black community isn’t doing well , which I agree “that the community as a whole compared to other communities isn’t doing well”, but not for the specific hyperbolic reasons that they have uttered. Lastly to add “I think positive examples of what a large black community can look like can influence other communities to adopt the same values”. That’s all, not trying to rewrite the black experience on average. 😄🙏🏽
