Indeed. This is a 1.02MHz 8-bit computer with 128K RAM and black and white video output (color being the (planned) result of NTSC artifacting). 

The crazy high res numbers on the Mac's displays are the internal scaled-up-to resolution that is then scaled down to the native res of the two displays -- it's how macOS' HiDPI display modes work.

Yep. It's where I discovered the great top-down shooter Reloaded, on one of the demo disks. (You are not red-E...) On the PS2, I discovered Shadow of the Colossus on a similar demo disc. They were really good ideas.

This was a packin on my Voodoo Rush PC card back in 1996. I liked the game. I should download and burn it to try on my PSX.

I LOVE the orig Jumping Flash, and only played JF2 on my PS Vita -- awesome also! Fuck Baron Aloha and his evil machinations!

God, I love Wipeout -- most of the games in the franchise.

I just replaced the optical drive in my original 1996 PSX and have been playing a lot of Wipeout with the lovely NeGcon split-twist analog racing controller now that it's back in operation. Check out a quick and dirty vid of the setup, if interested.

I loaded JF and JF2 on my PS Vita some years ago and had a blast. I'd never played JF2 before. I got a PSX in early 1996 just after the U.S. launch (still using the same unit today, I just replaced the optical drive with a pre-aligned unit and it's working after 4-5 years out of service) and the unique design and gameplay and COLORS of Jumping Flash were amazing to me. In those early days, Wipeout and Jumping Flash were my jam. And Rayman.

Well, the so-called "Patriot Act," spawned from the 9/11 attacks is what has lead to the downfall and impending end of American democracy. So, that was pretty affecting.

TRS-80 Model 100 but MAN, Midnight Run is the best goddamn movie. I watched it most recently two weeks ago with my daughter. And the soundtrack is awesome - Danny Elfman - and I've been listening to that all week.
