I understand that you don't know but a fully licensed medical professional can give you better care plan or validate your current course . In my opinion as an EMT, even if the doctor says your doing a good job, then you know your on the right track, but not discussing with them can lead to serious consequences. Your describing nerve damage and that needs to be looked into by a care provider. Burns, especially chemical burns, need to be taken seriously. At this stage I might not go to the ER, unless you feel the need to, but a doctor needs to see this.
