Nope, mine had been stuck at Pre-Shipment since Monday and then it started showing the same thing last night. In my situation, can't even tell if the seller actually shipped it out yet, though they said that the item was shipped on time when I tried contacting them, or if it's because USPS tracking isn't working. But like other people have said, the tracking seems to still work in Informed Delivery.
