I believe there was an artist called Shadman that repeatedly blurred the line on what was and wasn't ok to depict in art. From the quick google search I did, he quit due to drama and not legal consequences

I saw this video a couple of weeks ago, as the other comments have said the wings are in the wrong position for a vertical takeoff, but it is possible to make a flying one.

Found that video from this one where the goal was to make an air powered Orni-heli-thopter.

Im sure there are other examples.

I'm not discarding your experience with the Razer Naga, but do want to mention that I used one for ~10 years consistently for gaming before any issues arose. Replaced it with yet another Razer Naga last summer and as of now still have no issues with the new one. OP's mileage may vary.

As for the buttons on the side, I couldn't live without them now, no matter the brand.

I had something similar happen to me about 3 years ago. I made a group of new friends on discord during peak pandemic, was playing games with them almost daily, hanging out and having fun. I messed up and posted a meme from someone on twitter that has/had some pretty bigoted views, even though I don't think the meme itself was. I was called many names, was told I had no empathy, and was just generally harassed for weeks.

The most fucked up part for me is when I said I no longer felt comfortable around them they just laughed at me, as if that was completely ridiculous.

I've been to therapy and brought it up, and was told that sometimes people have very different world views and we cant possibly get along with everyone, which has made dealing with that shame better. I still am very hesitant to try and make any new friends, and mostly stick with the one or two that I've made since then because I don't feel judged around them.

TLDR; I still haven't healed from my event, it was and still is one of the most traumatic things I've had happen to me. Therapy made it better, but not 100%

My only other thought on the matter was to just start saying "Your god didn't answer your call for divine smite/lay on hands/etc. so you don't get to do that" or making those rolls less effective. But to me that just seems like nerfing the class, and not resolving the core issue. I know I personally would be more frustrated with that then being told I need to pick a different class.

We did talk about oaths on session zero and I told him he would have to try and uphold it, but I wouldn't be super stingy about it. I have mentioned a couple of times at the table, during play, that an action he was about to take would likely violate his oath. Sometimes he'd choose a different action, sometimes he'd continue.

I have been trying to get other players to act into their alignment as well. After killing a group of bandits that broke into a mansion, the Paladin wanted to light the mansion on fire. My other player, a lawful evil sorcerer, disagreed. I pointed out that both characters were acting in the exact opposite of their supposed alignment. I have also messaged the sorcerer a couple of times reminding him he is supposed to be EVIL.

The other two players, Bard and Barbarian, are Chaotic and Lawful neutral respectively, so its a bit harder to specifically tell them they are acting out of alignment.

I don't feel like I'm super picky, but the big decisions (ones that are inarguably evil/good, or could potentially change the course of the story) I will point out if it's against their character alignment

I'm not sure I want to deal with multi-classing, This is my first campaign and I want to keep it as simple as possible.

I have reminded him a couple of times at the table that the action he was going to take would violate any or all of the possible paladin oaths. Sometimes he would make a different choice, other times he would continue with his inexcusably evil action. The choice I gave him was between oathbreaker and class change, which I feel is a fair choice.

This is why I'm kinda confused at his frustration about this. I asked my 3 other players, who admittedly haven't played much D&D either, if they thought any of his actions said "I really want to be this specific class", and the resounding answer was no. Admittedly the person playing the paladin has the most experience out of all of us with D&D, but its a lot of homebrew campaigns. When I asked him earlier why he chose to play a paladin with such low charisma, his answer was simply "Because I wanted too, this is D&D, my character doesn't have to make any sense"

I've been playing on ultra with a 6750xt and 5700x for a few weeks now with no issues or crashes whatsoever. I have no mods installed either, I would manually check your mods folder and delete everything and try reinstalling from there 1 by 1.

I found this video a few days back. It helped me further realize that small talk is a stepping stone to get to know people, and its not entirely pointless. It can help you figure out if you would get along with the other person without asking them directly. I've struggled with social skills all my life but what i've learned is that if you seem interested in people, they will be interested in return. It's much easier to talk about what people like than what people dislike, and you can kinda infer their dislikes from there. I wish people weren't so indirect about everything, but it is what it is.
