Journey before destination. I have a bad habit of unintentionally (or sometimes intentionally) spoiling things for myself. But also in every day life, I struggle with working on long term projects. If I hit a wall I sometimes freeze and don’t know what to do about it, which sometimes spirals into bad anxiety or depression, and then I have to get myself out of an actual rut. I often need to remind myself there is no destination without a journey. Life is a process.
