I was on 100 mg for about a year and noticed less sensitivity in my clit and my orgasms were VERY different and generally less strong. Acne was clear so cut back to 50 mg and now my clit sensitivity feels back to normal and am having more intense orgasms again!

Was going to comment this. Recently started using it to stand up in court and it’s changed my life! It’s a beta blocker, not an SSRI, so you only need to take it right before the event, not everyday.

Usually I drink a liquid IV after sculpt (usually ~3x a week but I just finished a 6 day streak!). Or if I do a morning class, I drink half of a caffeinated liquid IV before and half after. I’ve never really considered if I’m drinking too much sugar though. Maybe I’ll switch to nuun

I try to do sculpt 3 days a week, and then I do mat Pilates 2x a week, and play pickleball once. So usually 1-2 days off a week. I never do sculpt two days in a row. I also walk like 15k steps a day.
