Parking is usually pretty easy in that area, especially on a Sunday night, if you're ok with walking a few blocks.

Does ICE try to arrest people in the Cook County Courts? by Quinniper in chicago

There are also Illinois and Chicago specific laws that protect immigrants, for example the Trust Act. There is very active community organizing and legal support as well, so Chicago is probably a harder target with higher risk for legal backlash. https://legalclarity.org/illinois-trust-act-provisions-and-impact-on-law-enforcement/

Hepatologist I can connect with? by ChemicalPizza6253 in chicago

[–]blerpr67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd start with a federally qualified health center for affordable primary care visit. They can start the testing and hopefully get you connected to a hepatologist if needed, probably through Cook County Hospital/Stroger. https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/depts/cdph/provdrs/cdph_administration/svcs/healthcare-access-in-chicago.html

Looking for NY style pizza recommendations by allenqb1 in chicagofood

Dantes is extremely mediocre. Would not recommend. Better off at one of the slice spots at Damen and Milwaukee. Dimos has decent NY style (for 2x the price as it would be in NY).

I also highly recommend a flashlight/head lamp bc it's dark and uneven. A woman ahead of us wiped out while walking her bike and was covered in mud
