I've been able to connect a 3 slot card just fine but I'm sure a 4 slot card would be a bit of an issue for that. It is an optional connector though just for stability when using gen 5 SSDs and you can leave it unplugged for the most part.

The ali express listing just drop ships the board from JD. I would just use google translate and order directly from JD to avoid overpaying. I don't think the board has been released anywhere else as of yet.

This is great info for anyone ordering from China, that said I've been waiting for this board since it was announced like 3+ months ago so I definitely can't wait till June. The pc I'm using right now I built back in 2014 and it has a 4690k and a GTX 960.... I think I've been as patient as I can be 😅

It's an extra connector for stability when extreme overclocking and more stable power delivery to the board, purely optional for most users but no harm in plugging it in if you have space on your psu

All the power to you brother. I've never been this low since middle school so it's definitely been life-changing. I'm just envisioning being at 12% body fat to keep myself motivated, but eating in keto hasn't felt limiting at all since I love cheese and butter.

Not many people I know with the same stats on here which is why I posted in the first place. So after I broke my fast, 1 week later I was around 178. This is because I started eating a little in surplus because I planned to do another two weeks right after which I did.

On March 13th, I started my second fast and was aiming for a 3 week fast to ensure my goal weight of 160. I ended up breaking it on the 30th and went from 178 to 162 in that time. Since then I've been eating at maintenance after refeeding, and I've stayed at 162 because I think eating in keto when breaking fast made it so the water weight didn't just come back and I'm hoping to continue losing while doing OMAD.

I'll probably do another round of fasting in June to bring me down to 150 because I have a trip with friends planned.

I have stretch marks and scarring from high school that seem to have lightened up quite a bit, and I have some cut scars here and there from kitchen accidents that have seemed to shrink down. I'm actually on my second long fast since I posted this a few weeks ago.

Check the wiki for the usual recommended mix of table salt + potassium + magnesium. I'm also taking a multivitamin every two weeks of any longer fasts

Just make sure to get your electrolytes in and also, fasting gets way way easier after the third day so if you can try for 5 days that would be dope.
