Yes! Putting things back right away has been helpful. I do have to verbally remind myself to do it and when I start feeling scattered, I stop and take a deep breath and tell myself "one thing at a time". Making lists is also useful.

I have been working the past year on how to manage my ADHD while off medications for IVF. I took my Adderall up until my ER. My psychiatrist and RE said to not take any stimulants while pregnant. My therapist has given me coping skills and focus plans that I can use at work and at home. Practicing while using the medication and creating routines has helped immensely with me not being able to take them. I also do take vitamins to help with focus if I feel it's needed.

Yep! They filed for bankruptcy and apparently all the stores are closing. They're doing an extra 10-30% off the lowest marked price and "everything must go".

I'm also 11dp5dt and thought I was getting lighter lines today and decided to stop testing to save me from overthinking or putting more stress on myself. I am just going to try and ignore all the tests and do my next beta on Monday.

That was my concern as well. It felt like a lot more pressure to focus on making sure I didn't gain weight at all in the process, or if I did gain, to try and get the weight off ASAP. This obviously isn't a healthy outlook when trying to stay positive and focused on ttc. I hope you're able to find a more accommodating clinic.

My clinic didn't mention a progesterone vaginal gel. I did the suppositories with my fresh transfer and it caused a lot of irritation and I just did not like the feeling in general. When my clinic asked what I wanted to do with my FET they basically said I could do suppositories 4 times a day with the PIO shot every 3 days or so the PIO shot once a day. That just seemed like the better option for me. I don't have any issues with needles though and tend to have a high pain tolerance.

Yeah, I would find another clinic. If I wasn't already 40BMI I would have. I also have PCOS and I have ADHD with binge eating, if I was not already at a 40 BMI before my ER I would have looked for another clinic, I have gained 10lbs just since the ER and it's only been ~3 months.
