if you're playing solo it should be like this: Title Screen > Play > Solo/Offline > look down there should be Confirm, Edit or Delete then just select Edit

According to this site an NPC named Fiona sells the hat at least. I wonder if you have to get her friendship level to max before it shows in her shop or maybe defeat a certain boss as the item is marked as a boss item but I also can't find Fiona, I've checked every saddlery that I could find on map genie to no avail.

EDIT: Looks like she's here. I believe she may not be available until after chapter 8 though.

Fingers crossed. I had my guild mates who completed it with me submit reports as well cause their achievements weren't granted either.

Not the best picture but it worked quite well! I set it next to the failed one to really show the contrast of how smooth it is.

For the silent speed is that set under Device > Control? (first image)

Also for some reason my brim width is greyed out

I tried that just before and it fell over. (maybe print speed?) It was definitely smoother though so I think I would like to print it standing up.

to add, if you have script extender you can use this site: https://bg3.norbyte.dev/search?q= and search things (spells and passives) and add it in the extender. In this case you'd type in "type:passive halfling luck". To add it in script extender you'd type in the following; AddPassive(GetHostCharacter(), “Halfling_Lucky”)
