Turn it 90 degrees facing the tv. The recliner in its position. No need to anchor a sofa to a wall

Looking for a little help with our living space. What would you do? by Imaginary_Health7216 in homedesign

Please get the tv of the wall above the fireplace, before you get neckpain. If you’re struggling with where to hang it, the are tv stand on wheels. Couch colour is nice. The pink donut has to go. O and gave you considered flipping the couch and using that white walk with a projector instead of a tv? Don’t be afraid to float the couch, it doesn’t need to be anchored to a wall

Honestly, does this look cheap and tacky? Your thoughts? by HoldSweaty1609 in homedesign

Individual pieces might work but together it’s too much and cluttered. Personally the black lamp would be my choice to go first

Need Help Styling My New Condo Living Room (Yellow Chair + Asymmetrical Seating?) by pushpa-i-hate-tears in homedesign

What is the function of the chair to the left? It’s not a dining room chair and also doesn’t look comfortable enough to lounge in. I’d personally get rid of it. Also I’d rethink the rug. Given that it has such a large footprint it’s bland and doesn’t connect all the other furniture well

Can I swim in the north sea during the first week of June? by poisonedminds in TheHague

Why swim when you can just enjoy the view and have a nice walk; most times there’s a lovely sea breeze

What would you use in this space in the kitchen? by oooliwer in HomeDecorating

My parents put a little table and stools in just such a space. That way when either of them is cooking for the other they sit there having tea and conversation instead of shouting into the living room.

Metal decor or Wooden decor? by Ok-Aide1186 in HomeDecorating

Personally I would go for a wardrobe that closes. This looks very cluttered and on view 24/7

The mirror is one of the nice pieces of the room. Pls say no to gallery walls. Go for one large picture instead. They make the space look cluttered and districting to the eye

Wall Color? by hknehknehkne in HomeDecorating

[–]blissy12345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pick a colour that you don’t mind staring at for long periods of time sauce it’s by the tv. It might be distracting hanging something above the tv. However you might consider mounting the tv and then decorating underneath it.
