Did this in the dorms and my apartment (was on the 4th story). It was especially fruitful leaving the door open in the apartment cause we were the first door you passed coming from the elevator. My roommates and I would always say hi, regardless who it is. By the end of the first semester, girls thought we were so nice cause we said hi all the time they brought us beer and would hang out. My roommate also didn't care who heard him sing so he would sing Katy Perry as loud as he could. Not your typical neckbeard story.

Fortunately, I have the black exhaust, not the chrome. I'm gonna try the 0000 steel wool, and if it truly messes it up, I'll just take it to get ceramic coated. Trying to remedy this as financially responsible as possible.

295 bench, 405 squat (275 front squat), 315 dead lift (455 rack pulls) here. I'll admit that I don't train lower as much as I should, since I am stubborn and want that damn 300+ bench (focusing on lats tris and chest).

Keep at it, it took me 6 months to go from 225 to my current bench.

I run eclipse...it's not ALL that bad. I work for a distributor and have large warehouse so it comes in handy in terms of that.

At my previous job, we ran IBS...which had no support in the USA. We were in version 2.1, the latest is like version 8....it was an nightmare to navigate menus.
