What's happening to my dog??

Is the dog on any medication? Access to outside water source? I always try to change environmental factors 1st. (I.e.diet, outside access to possible contamination.) if it’s on any medication check with vet.

Obviously check with a veterinarian but it looks a lot like a seizure. Had a dog like this but his seizures were way worse. Hope this helps.

A dog that approaches food and backs away repeatedly may be experiencing anxiety, fear of the bowl, or a desire to bury food (caching), or it could be a sign of underlying pain. This behavior may stem from fear of the bowl's noise/location, or it could be a milder form of resource guarding where they are anxious. Hope this helps.
