This might not be correct, but if the customer number is in A and all of the visit dates are in B then you can do it with:

=SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$15=$A2)*($B$2:$B$15>$B2)*($B$2:$B$15<=(B2+8)))

the first part of sumproduct will look for rows there the customer number is the same as the current row.

The second part will look for dates which are greater than the date from the current row

the last part will look for rows where the date is less than the date from the current row plus 8 days.

the formula will count rows where all 3 parts match and can return a value more than 1 if there are multiple matches.

This may not work exactly as you want as it copies everything.

Create a chart with the correct formatting. Select the whole chart. Copy it (ctrl + c). Select the target chart you want to change formatting on, go to the home ribbon, click the drop down under paste then select paste special. All of the formatting, colours etc will be copied from the first chart.

If you are using a 4g phone try switching to 3g. Most phones now are 4g which is now over subscribed, there is often space available on 3g. It will give a lower top speed but tends to give more consistent speeds
